Accidental Glass Breakage Protection Program

Window manufacturer warranties may vary depending on what causes the disfunction or breakage. A common issue that isn’t covered under manufacturer warranties are accidental glass breakage. Here at Fosters Elite Construction, we understand that accidents happen and we’re here to help make sure that the windows we supply and install last. Whether it be a break in, child accident or frustration, we’ve got you covered. We will take care of the purchase and install of your replacement glass. FEC cares about your satisfaction and we want you to get the most out of your purchases with us.

What’s covered?

We often have conversations with potential and existing clients about their skepticism on whether warranties are what they claim to be. Their concerns are though the warranties say that something is covered, it may have a hidden fee that comes with it for the repair. With Fosters Elite Construction, we cover all of the materials, required labor, at no additional cost to you. Seriously — the glass replacement is 100% FREE! This is one of the ways we take care of our clients long after we receive the final payment.

Fully transparent limitations

Of course, there are limits to what we are able to cover with our accidental glass breakage protection; We can only replace up to four units per event. Additionally, we are unable to cover specialty glass, such as triple pane, tempered or laminated glass, or windows larger than 5’x5’. Even with these limitations, most of the windows we install will be covered under our accidental glass breakage protection program.

With this program, glass purchased and installed by other companies outside of Fosters Elite Construction are not covered. Depending on the situation, we may be able to replace glass installed by another company for a fee, however, unless the full unit window is purchased and installed by FEC, we cannot offer this program for it.

Many companies do not offer this type of program, as you look around at other window companies, you’ll find that our warranty is one of the most comprehensive in the area. FEC wants you to feel confident in your purchase and know that if any problems arise that you will be taken care of.
